Payment

Payment Method

  • We accepts payments using MolPay which accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, etc),

Our Price & Currency

  • All payments are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Prices are as stated and non negotiable.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Method & Option.

  • We are using 3rd Party Courier services such as Citylink, Nationwide Express, Poslaju and as our Courier Services Provider.

 


You may track your parcel by clicking at the logo of courier service provider as above.

Note:

  • Please allow 1 working days before tracking your parcel in order to be update into the system.
  • Regardless of the shipment method your parcel may be opened at customs for inspection.

Shipping Rates.

  • As for now, the shipping fees is absorbed by us.
  • We offers Free Delivery for Malaysian-wide orders.

Delivery Time.

  • An order typically arrives between 3-10 business days after it is has been shipped, however factors such as weekends, national holidays, customs clearance, logistics breakdown, delayed payments, and shipping fee confirmation may extend the delivery time.  
  • For Pre-Order-ed products, the expected time of arrival of product is disclosed at the product description.

Shipping Area.

  • Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak ONLY.

 

Return & Refund Policy.

All sales are final. Atlas reserves the right to allow the exchange, repair, or return and refund of the defective products on a case by case basis.

Should there be any approved returns, products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please allow between 7 - 14 days for refunds processing, where applicable. Refunds will be transferred to the bank account declared by the customer.
